Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our newly formed Group Project Management Office (PMO) on a 12-month contract. This is a high-visibility role leading the end-to-end delivery of our Practice Management System (PMS) and Document Management System (DMS) transformation across our offices. You’ll manage enterprise-level change, coordinate cross-office teams, and work closely with multiple vendors to deliver strategic outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of the PMS/DMS project, from initiation to rollout and post-implementation review.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk registers.
Lead stakeholder engagement and change management strategies to drive adoption across offices.
Coordinate with vendors for system configuration, integration, and support.
Establish governance structures and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Monitor benefits realisation and embed lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We Are Looking For
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent).
5–10 years’ experience delivering strategic projects in professional services environments.
Proven track record managing multi-office system implementations and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with PMS/DMS platforms and project tools (JIRA, Planner, PowerBI).
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Understanding of change management principles and data privacy requirements.
