Job Description
You will provide client relationship support and high-level administration to our Wealth Advisory division, working closely with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementation of changes to portfolios following regular review process
Ascertaining data for review of portfolios
Preparation of advice documents (compile research profiles, preparation of ROAs).
Report writing & recommendations
Prepare material required for the client meetings meeting
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Experience in an administration role, providing support to a team with a client focus is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Competent MS Office skills
Experience is Xplan will be highly regarded but not essential
A current national police check will be required by the successful candidate to undertake and produce prior to accepting the position.
