The Opportunity
Our Corporate Finance team in South Australia are seeking a Senior Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will already have Corporate Finance experience or have a background and strong foundation in Business Advisory (approx. 3 years) with an interest in Corporate Finance.

Our team has extensive experience covering a range of different industries with businesses of different sizes. Working closely with some of South Australia's most iconic businesses, you will specialise in areas such as assisting with financial due diligence, financial modelling including budgeting and forecasting, as well as strategic business advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Corporate Finance, assisting with:
- Assisting the lead partner with business sales and acquisitions including financial due diligence
- Conducting business valuations that drive critical decision-making
- Developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Supporting strategic business investigations and analysis
- Preparation of covenant reporting to commercial banks
- Providing insightful, strategic advice that shapes the future of our clients’ businesses
